Sales For Downtown San Diego Condos Very Strong

March 2011 was a strong month for Downtown San Diego Condo Sales, with 114 sales, the most since May 2010. The cash buyers are still strong with almost half of the transactions being cash. The average sale price for Downtown San Diego Condos went up 13% from February 2011 to $481,181 thanks in part to 3 sales closing over two million.
