Only 214 condos for sale in Downtown San Diego, Only 102 are for sale in Downtown San Diego 92101 under $500,000! Now is a great time to sell your Downtown San Diego 92101 condo!
As of today, 1/21/2012 there are only 214 condos (the # of condos for sale in 92101 will vary in link below because of existing condo offers being accepted and new daily listings) for sale in downtown San Diego. During 2011, there were an average of 79 condos sold per month, we currently have less than a 3 months supply. Not only is it a great time for buyers to purchase a San Diego condo (prices have rolled back to where they were about 10 years ago & low low low interest rates), it is also a great time to sell. With the reduction in inventory, sellers do not face the competition of other condos for sale, if priced properly some properties are receiving multiple offers, and with low interest rates, more buyers can qualify for a loan.

Another great buy on a loft in San Diego’s East Village m2i building.
This loft is south facing with city views, 718 square feet. Very open floor plan with wall of floor to ceiling windows, wood flooring, and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
The East Village location is great, just a couple of blocks to The Gaslamp, Petco Park, and the new Thomas Jefferson School of Law. The HOAs are very low, only $350.00 per month for this loft.
Bank approved short sale at $265,000.

When I’m contacted by a buyer looking for a Downtown San Diego condo, they almost always tell me they want a water view. Most don’t realize how amazing it is to have both a water and city view. In my opinion, the 01 stack of the Park Place condominiums offer the best views downtown, not to mention my favorite floor plan. My team listed a spectacular 01 unit at Park Place. It’s located on the 21st floor and has unobstructed water and city views. Park Place #2101 is 1545 square feet, 2 bedrooms plus den, 2 balconies with western, northern, and eastern views. Asking Price $949,000
Park Place is located in the Marina District of Downtown San Diego, across from Seaport Village. Park Place was built by Bosa Development in 2003. Bosa Development also built Horizons, The Legend, Discovery, Electra, The Grande, and Bayside.
If you would like more information about this condo, or other Park Place condos for sale, please contact me at 619-962-2471.

Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock in the middle of San Diego’s Wild Animal Park, you know that this Sunday is football’s biggest contest and celebration—The Super Bowl! And if you’ve been thinking that you’d like to celebrate in style but don’t want to clean up after your friends, you have several options in San Diego.
And just because the Chargers aren’t participating this year doesn’t mean you can’t have a great time… The question is, where?
NBCSanDiego lists their pick of the top 10 Super Bowl parties here CLICK HERE but don’t overlook neighborhood spots and joints, or the chains.
If you live in Downtown San Diego, check out the Tilted Kilt, located in the East Village at 10th & K, next to Petco Park. The Tilted Kilt is having a raffle with autographed gear and planning an Armchair Quarterback Contest.
Another great Downtown San Diego location to watch The Super Bowl is at Whiskey Girl, located at 5th & Market, in the Gaslamp. Doors open at Whiskey Girl at 11 am. Whiskey Girl will also have raffle giveaways and drink specials!
And if reading the penality isn’t your strong play, check this out to brush up on the signals and impress your friends.

But if you don’t have someone in your group who’ll volunteer to be the designated driver or if going out to watch the game seems like too much work, just cover your living room in plastic, order up a pony keg and call Domino’s. Because after all, the big game only happens once a year!
